Makita 5 in. Random Orbit Sander

The Makita 5 Inch random orbit sander is a perfect tool to use for woodworkers, finish carpenters and general contractors. The 3 Amp motor operates at a speed of 4000 to 12,000 OPM for fast and efficient sanding. Variable speed dial helps in adjusting the speed of the sander depending upon the application. Two-finger trigger switch makes it easy to use and operate and the lock-on button ensures a continuous use for longer periods of time. Pad brake ensures optimum productivity in quicker time. Front handle can be adjusted easily to facilitate sanding in corners and hard-to-reach places. The 1/8 Inch random orbit action produces a smooth and swirl-free finish. Pad controlled mechanism keeps the pad speed in control when the sander is initiated. Ergonomic rubber handles ensure minimal vibration and user comfort. Sander conforms well with 5 Inch eight-hole hook and loop abrasive discs for quick changes. Through-the-pad dust collection mechanism prevents the dirt and debris from entering the tool. Ball bearing construction gives more stability and offers long-lasting durability. Dust collection system consists of a vacuum port adapter that helps in keeping the work surface clean. Double insulated design offers good user safety. Sander comes with a dust bag, a dust bag nozzle and a tool case.
