The 40V max XGT® Brushless Two-Piece Combo Kit (GT202SU1D1) is a premium two-piece drilling and fastening combo kit. The Two-Piece Kit includes the 40V max XGT® 3-Speed 1/2" Hammer Driver-Drill (GPH03Z) and the 40V max XGT® High Torque 4-Speed Impact Driver (GDT04Z). The Makita 40V max XGT® 3-Speed 1/2" Hammer Driver-Drill (GPH03) is Makita’s most powerful Hammer Driver Drill, delivering 1,590 in.lbs. of max torque with a three-speed transmission. The GPH03 breaks new ground for the most demanding drilling and driving applications in wood, masonry, and metal. The hammer-drill mode applies a percussive motion for drilling holes in concrete or masonry. The GPH03 features an electronic digital clutch that accurately targets the desired torque range during fastening (41 settings in low speed, 30 settings in medium, 21 settings in high). It features faster drilling speeds with 3 speed settings (0-650 / 0-1,800 / 0-2,600 RPM) (0-9,750 / 0-27,000 / 0-36,000 IPM). The 40V max XGT® 4-Speed Impact Driver (GDT04) gives the user compact fastening power while delivering up to 2,040 in.lbs. of max torque with 4 Speed Settings and Tightening Mode. The XGT® Impact Driver features a Makita-built brushless motor that delivers up to 2,040 in.lbs. of Max Torque, allowing it to outpower similar models in heavy load applications. It features digitally controlled modes for a wide variety of applications, including speed control and tightening modes to prevent sheet metal screw stripping. XGT® is a system of equipment, tools, batteries, and chargers utilizing 40V max lithium-ion batteries. XGT® is engineered to deliver high power to take on high-demand applications, allowing users to completely transition to a cordless job site. XGT® is equipped with advanced brushless motor engineering, intelligent digital communication, and superior durability features to outpower, outsmart, and outlast the rest.
