Makita 4-3/8 In. Curved Base Planer

The Makita curved base planer is perfect for creating arches in timbers as well as working on scarfs in wooden logs. A planning width of 4-3/8 Inch facilitates even and uniform cutting. The beveled base can be adjusted up to 11-13/16 Inch and the precise base of the machine helps in cutting logs at a 12-5/8 Inch curved radius. The two-handed design of the handle helps you in adjusting the cutting depth and the large front grip provides good operating comfort. Modified design of the blades ensures a refined look after cutting. Large ejection chute ensures a high rate of chip discharge. Lock-on button prevents accidental start. This planer comes with a planer blade, blade gauge, socket wrench and a sharpening holder.
