The Makita 29 oz cordless caulk and adhesive gun features a Makita built motor that delivers a maximum dispensing force of 1,100 lb to even the highest viscosity adhesives and sealants. It has 5-speed dial and variable speed trigger that optimizes flow rate from 0 to 66 IPM and allows users to match speed to the specific application. This barrel style gun with battery, weighs only 5.9 lb and has rubberized soft grip that reduces user fatigue and provides increased comfort on the job. Tool powered by an 18 Volt slide style Lithium-Ion battery assures fastest charge time, more working time and minimal sitting time on the charger. Gun featured with Star Protection Computer Controls™, allows the Star Protection-equipped tool and battery to exchange data in real time. This Star Protection communication technology also monitors condition while in use to safeguard against over-loading, over-discharging and over-heating. Tool has 360 degree rotatable cartridge holder for optimum comfort ease of use when dispensing. This caulk and adhesive gun features built-in LED light with afterglow that illuminates the job site area for improved visibility. Overload indicator light notifies the user when the tool is nearly overloaded to reduce the breakage of the sealant cartridge. Drip reduction feature on this gun automatically relieves pressure to the material to prevent unintentional dispensing.
