The Makita 18 Volt LXT® Lithium-Ion cordless impact wrench tool is specially designed to deliver high torque impact power with a 1/2 Inch square drive, which fits impact-rated socket sets. This high torque is great for a variety of fastening as well as loosening tasks. It is also a powerful and convenient substitute for air powered and AC wrenches. Tool featuring Makita-built high torque motor delivers max torque of 325 ft-lb, 1600 RPM and 2200 IPM for a wide range of fastening tasks such as removing transmission bolts and lug nuts. Rubberized soft grip handle of tool assures enhanced comfort on the job. Rocker switch of wrench facilitates for easy forward/reverse operation. it is fitted with shock absorbent handle to safeguard battery housing and to offer increased durability. The Star Protection Computer Controls™ technology allows the Star Protection-equipped tool and battery to exchange data in real time and monitor conditions while in use to safeguard against over-loading, over-discharging and over-heating. Wrench has built-in LED light to illuminate the work area. This tool works well with Makita 18 Volt Lithium-Ion batteries with a Star symbol. Wrench is great for steel contractors, commercial contractors, automotive line assemblymen, automobile mechanics, residential contractors, HVAC contractors and any pro tradesman.
