The Makita 18 Volt LXT® cordless mixer features BL™ brushless motor that delivers a variable speed of 0 to 350 RPM and 0 to 1,300 RPM, maximum versatility and performance for up to 50% longer run time, increased power and speed. Eliminating the carbon brushes, this BL™ brushless motor runs cooler and more efficiently for longer life. It has variable speed trigger that optimizes the speed and allows users to match speed to the application. Soft starting of this mixer suppresses the start-up reaction for smooth start-ups and better accuracy. Tool has Extreme Protection Technology (XPT™) that helps to deliver increased dust and water resistance in harsh job site conditions. Protective cover and rubber splash guard helps to prevent battery contamination from splashes of mixing compound and minimizes the build-up of mixing compound on the tool. This mixer with battery, weighs only 6.6 lb and has rubberized soft grip, side handle that reduces user fatigue and provides increased comfort on the job. Mixer is perfect for mixing drywall mud, plaster, drilling large holes and more. It has trigger lock button that enhances the operator convenience.
