The Makita compact router is powered by a 1-1/4 HP motor that makes it ideal for range of precision routing applications. Variable speed from 10,000 to 30,000 RPM allows to match the speed to the application. The heavy duty aluminum motor housing offers long lasting durability. Smooth rack-and-pinion fine depth adjustment system provides more precise settings. Quick release cam lock system offers convenient depth adjustments and base removal/installation. The electronic speed control maintains constant speed under load. Non-marring high-durability base insert ensures enhanced work piece protection. High visibility base design gives better handling and performance. Easy to install and remove base design minimizes downtime. Durable flat top design provides added convenience when changing bits. It includes 1/4 Inch collet, straight guide and wrenches.
