Official Rules – Last Brand Standing Bracket Challenge
Welcome to the Last Brand Standing Bracket Challenge at Acme Tools! Please read the following Official Rules carefully before participating. By entering this competition, you agree to abide by these rules and accept all decisions of Acme Tools as final and binding.
1. Eligibility
- 1.1 Participants must be 18 years or older and legal residents of the United States.
- 1.2 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Acme Tools, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies are eligible to participate, but not eligible to win prizes.
- 1.3 One bracket per registered user. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
- 1.4 Participants must have a registered account on AcmeTools.com.
- 1.5 No purchase is necessary to participate or win. A purchase will not increase a participant’s chances of winning.
- 1.6 This promotion is intended to be a bona fide skill-based contest. Outcomes are determined by participants’ knowledge, research, familiarity, and expertise regarding professional tools, brands, product performance, market positioning, and industry trends and points will be awarded based on the outline scoring system in Section 4 of these official rules.
- 1.7 The odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules during the Promotion Period.
2. How to Enter
- 2.1 Participants must sign in or create an account on AcmeTools.com.
- 2.2 Access the Last Brand Standing portal and fill out your bracket.
- 2.3 Bracket submissions are open from March 3rd, 2026 to March 9th, 2026 (Midnight CST).
- 2.4 No entries will be accepted after the submission window closes.
3. How It Works
- 3.1 The competition features 32 brands going head-to-head in a bracket-style tournament.
- 3.2 Each brand selects 5 products per round. The brand with the most quantity sold wins and advances to the next round.
- 3.3 Participants predict the winners for each matchup throughout the tournament.
- 3.4 The tournament consists of 5 Rounds:
- Round 1: March 9th, 2026
- Round 2: March 16th - 20th, 2026
- Round 3: March 24th - 27th, 2026
- Round 4: March 31st - April 1st
- Championship: April 3rd, 2026
4. Scoring System
- 4.1 Points are awarded for each correct prediction.
- 4.2 Points per round:
- Round 1: 2 points per correct pick
- Round 2: 4 points per correct pick
- Round 3: 8 points per correct pick
- Round 4: 16 points per correct pick
- Championship: 32 points for correct pick
- 4.3 The participant(s) with the highest total score at the end of the tournament will be the winner(s).
- 4.4 In the case of a tie, the participant who completed and submitted their bracket earliest will be the winner.
5. Prizes

- 1st Place: $2,500 Acme Tools Gift Card
- 2nd Place: $1,000 Acme Tools Gift Card
- 3rd Place: $500 Acme Tools Gift Card
- 4th Place: $250 Acme Tools Gift Card
- 5th – 6th Place: $100 Acme Tools Gift Card
- 7th – 9th Place: $50 Acme Tools Gift Card
- 10th - 25th Place: $25 Acme Tools Gift Card
- Every Bracket Submission = One Entry into Solo Stove Giveaway
- 5.1 Winners will be contacted via the email associated with their Acme Tools account.
- 5.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- 5.3 Winners are responsible for any taxes related to their prizes.
- 5.4 All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are treated as taxable income under applicable law. For prizes with an aggregate value of $600 or more, Acme Tools will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC (or other appropriate tax form) to the winner for the actual retail value of the prize, as required by law.
- 5.5 Winners may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and valid Social Security number or Taxpayer Identification Number before a prize will be awarded. Failure to provide required tax documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize.
6. General Conditions
- 6.1 Acme Tools reserves the right to disqualify any participant for tampering, cheating, or violating these rules.
- 6.2 Acme Tools is not responsible for technical issues, internet failures, or any other issues beyond its control.
- 6.3 All decisions made by Acme Tools regarding the competition are final.
7. Privacy and Data Use
- 7.1 By participating, you agree to Acme Tools' use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- 7.2 Your data will be used for the purpose of the competition and marketing communications from Acme Tools.
8. Limitation of Liability
- 8.1 Acme Tools is not liable for any damages or losses arising from participation in the Last Brand Standing Bracket Challenge.
- 8.2 Participants release Acme Tools from all liability related to the competition, including prize delivery.
9. Disputes and Governing Law
- 9.1 All disputes will be resolved at the discretion of Acme Tools.
- 9.2 These Official Rules and any dispute arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
- 9.3 By participating in this promotion, each entrant agrees that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this promotion shall be brought exclusively in the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota, or, if that court lacks subject matter jurisdiction, in the state courts located in Grand Forks County, North Dakota. Entrants hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and waive any objection to venue in these forums
- 9.4 Except for claims that qualify for small claims court or requests for injunctive relief relating to intellectual property or misuse of the Promotion, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Promotion or these Official Rules shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration.
- 9.5 Except where prohibited by law, by participating in this promotion, entrants agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy shall be resolved on an individual basis only and not on a class, consolidated, or representative action
