The Kindling Cracker™ firewood splitter is made of solid cast iron in Australia, the splitting wedge is set inside the patented safety ring (170 mm inside diameter), never allowing your fingers near the blade. To split a piece of wood, place it inside of the frame and strike it with the included True Temper TOUGHSTRIKE Engineer Hammer 3lbs, it's the perfect way to make the best kindling for your Log fire, Pizza oven, Brazier or Chip heater, they are brilliant to have at any Camp site or Cabin to start those outdoor fires too. The Kindling Cracker™ firewood splitter is made in an Australian foundry. It consists of one solid piece of high-quality cast iron, so it's something that your grandkids' grandkids will use to split their own kindling, if cared for and used correctly. The only maintenance it needs is a bit brushing off and maybe a touch of paint from time to time to look like new for generations. Includes True Temper Hammer for a convenient bundle.
