The JMD-15 Mill/Drill With R-8 Taper 115/230V 1Ph, from JET®, lets you fabricate many different pieces from metal. This variable-speed milling machine has a 1 hp single-phase motor that gives it the power to mill through harder material. Its single-piece cast iron column provides incredible strength to keep the unit stable and prevent damage. The Jet milling machine's spindle is supported by heavy-duty roller bearings for increased tolerance and more accurate operation. This equipment's head swivels 360 degrees to save time and to reach virtually any point within its operating area. You can adjust the single-phase milling machine using the belt cover's quick slide latch to save lots of time. The apparatus has an extra-large work table for commercial-scale projects. Its motor meets the design principles for UL listing.
