Secure glued surfaces together, clamp materials to work surfaces or maintain safe separation between materials as you work on them by using the IRWIN® Quick-Grip® 4-1/4-Inch, One-Handed Micro Bar Clamp. The one-handed clamping bar is a practical, efficient and sure clamping tool for medium-size crafts or small woodworking projects. The Irwin Quick-Grip micro-bar clamp lets you secure workpieces with one hand, using the easy pumping action of the pistol style thumb grip against the stationary finger grip. A quick-release trigger opens the clamp without popping the jaws and keeps the clamping mechanism gliding smoothly along the slide bar. The Irwin Quick-Grip clamp quickly converts to a materials spreader. All you do is unscrew the stationary clamp, insert it into the other side of the slide bar and screw it in place in an opposing position. The Irwin one-handed bar clamp secures pieces up to 4.25 inches wide with a throat depth of 1-3/16 inches. It has a spreading capacity of 8 inches.
