The IRWIN® VISE-GRIP® THE ORIGINAL™ 18-Inch Locking C-Clamp with Swivel Pads is an excellent tool for handling big clamping tasks. It has a wide jaw opening that easily fits around awkward pieces and swivel jaw pads that provide a sure grip on tapered or angled parts without damaging surfaces. Made from durable high-grade heat-treated alloy steel, the Irwin locking clamp is strong enough to hold heavy parts securely and withstands rough handling. It has a screw-type mechanism that offers precise control over jaw pressure, so you can quickly adjust the tool to fit the job at hand. This control also retains settings between uses, speeding up repetitive tasks. Vise-Grip locking clamps have a guarded trigger release designed to maximize locking force and protect against accidental unlocking. This tool has an 8-inch jaw capacity and is 18 inches long.
