The IRWIN® QUICK-GRIP® 36 Inch Clutch Lock Bar Clamp is a medium-duty bar clamp that holds materials in place while you work, for installation and demolition purposes and to provide localized pressure. With its 36-inch opening, the clamp lets you hold and apply pressure to a variety of materials in different shapes and sizes. This Irwin bar clamp features a steel and resin design for durability and strength in tough work environments. It also boasts large clutch plates, which help improve the durability, reliability and easy release. The I-beam bar design helps reduce the amount of bowing and flexing of the clamp. Movement along the I-beam bar is easy thanks to the integrated clutch lock. When using the bar clamp tool, the Soft-Grip ergonomic handle increases comfort and reduces the amount of pressure needed to clamp down on materials. To keep materials like wood and metal protected during clamping, the tool features non-marring pads.
