Drilling holes through wood is easy and fast with the IRWIN® SPEEDBOR® MAX Speed Bit, 13/16-Inch. This bit boasts three cutting spurs, which help extend its life, reduce breakout and produce precise, clean holes. Made from high-carbon steel, the Irwin Tri-Flute drill bit is tough and durable. It features a tapered design that helps reduce binding and makes for faster chip ejection. With its full screw-point tip, the wood drilling bit can self-feed through wood for easier drilling and reduced user fatigue. The quick-change shank helps reduce slipping when used with compatible drills and chucks. Its 1/4-inch shank diameter means it fits most quick-change chucks and impact drills of 1/2-inch chuck size for broad use.
