The IRWIN® QUICK-GRIP® 12-Inch Clutch Lock Bar Clamp brings up to 1,000 pounds of clamping power to your workshop or job site. It features a rigid I-beam bar that eliminates flexing and an oversize clutch plate that won't slip. These features ensure the Irwin 12-inch bar clamp applies constant, reliable pressure once you set it. The clamp has an easy-to-slide clutch mechanism for fast size changes and screw-type adjustment for precise clamp control. The pressure adjustment has an oversize Soft-Grip handle that lets you apply maximum clamping force with less effort. The tool's jaws have non-marring pads that protect clamped surfaces from damage and provide a sure grip. The Irwin bar clamp has a 12-inch clamping capacity and a 3-inch throat depth
