The Interstate Pneumatics V140-8 is a compact 1/8 Inch MNPT brass pressure relief safety valve designed to help protect compatible pressurized systems from excessive pressure buildup. Its 140 Psi relief setting provides pressure discharge when system pressure reaches the specified threshold, helping support safer operation of suitable pneumatic equipment. The zinc-plated steel spring provides dependable mechanical action, while the silicone rubber seal helps maintain effective pressure containment during normal operating conditions. A pull ring provides convenient manual actuation for pressure relief and functional testing. The valve provides a 45 Scfm relief capacity and supports maximum operating temperatures up to 150 Deg F. Its brass construction provides durable service in appropriate air systems, compressors, pressure equipment, and industrial pneumatic installations. The compact 1/8 Inch male NPT connection is suited to compatible threaded ports where a smaller connection is required. As an ASME-certified safety device, the valve provides essential overpressure protection for suitable pressurized applications.
