Interstate Pneumatics 1/4 Inch 150 PSI Mini Air Lubricator

The Interstate Pneumatics W1230 Mini Poly Bowl Lubricator is designed to provide automatic in-line lubrication for compatible pneumatic tools and equipment. By introducing a controlled amount of air tool oil into the compressed air stream, the lubricator helps reduce friction and wear on internal moving components, supporting smoother operation and extended tool service life. An adjustment knob allows the amount of oil delivered into the air line to be regulated according to application requirements. Its compact 1/4 Inch NPT design is suitable for space-limited installations and delivers up to 12 SCFM at 100 Psi. The oil-fog design allows the bowl to be filled without depressurizing the system, helping simplify routine maintenance. The lubricator can also be combined with other air source treatment components as part of a broader compressed air preparation system. It should be installed only in air lines serving pneumatic tools that require lubrication and should not be used with paint guns or paint sprayers where oil contamination can affect finishes.
