The cast-iron air pump in the Ingersoll Rand® 7.5 HP 80 Gal 230V 3PH Vert. Compressor offers the performance needed to handle continuous-duty air generation. For quiet operation, it features a efficient air filter and sound attenuation baffles. The pistons are accurately balanced to reduce vibration and increase productivity. This compressor has individually cast cylinders and an overhung crankshaft. The 2-piece connecting rods are low maintenance. These precision-engineered components enhance efficiency and dependability. The cast iron cylinder head features grooved cooling fans to reduce motor temperature. Bearings are oversized and industrial grade to improve the life of the pump. Ingersoll Rand's 230V 3-phase vertical air compressor uses a 7.5-horsepower ODP motor and 80-gallon reservoir to deliver 24 cubic feet per minute (CFM) of air at 175 pounds per square inch (psi) of pressure. The oversized belt wheel is made from cast iron and balanced for continuous operation. An air-cooled chiller ensures discharged air is free of excess moisture.The electric drain system built into the Ingersoll Rand 7.5-horsepower 80-gallon vertical air compressor removes accumulated condensate from its air tank, and an oil sight glass makes it easy to monitor coolant levels. The vertical air compressor tank reduces the unit's physical footprint, and the pre-wired power connection is compatible with 3-phase 230V electrical supplies. A magnetic starter ensures the motor powers on quickly and easily.
