The refurbished Husqvarna Construction T 4000 GP Soff-Cut is a 4HP gasoline-powered dust extractor with an onboard generator, designed specifically to manage large quantities of dust produced by Soff-Cut concrete saws. Its intuitive controls support straightforward starting and operation, while the Jet Pulse filter-cleaning system uses negative air pressure to clean the conical main filter without opening the machine. Three-stage filtration extends operating time between cleaning cycles by separating heavier dust through a cyclone chamber before it reaches the washable main filter. Individually tested HEPA micro filters capture 99.99% of remaining respirable silica dust at 0.3 µm. An integrated pre-separator captures up to 90% of dust before it reaches the pre-filter, helping manage damp dust generated during early-entry concrete sawing. Large wheels distribute machine weight while minimizing marks on concrete that is beginning to set. Corrosion-resistant steel clamps, a welded frame, durable handle, and dust-bag platform support jobsite durability. Airflow monitoring alerts operators when filter cleaning or replacement is required.
