The Husky 3/4 Inch Female Non-Reconnectable Safe-T Breakaway is a dependable safety device designed to protect fueling equipment and minimize fuel spills during accidental drive-offs. Installed between the discharge hose and whip hose, it creates a dedicated separation point that instantly disconnects if a vehicle pulls away with the nozzle still inserted. The dual poppet check valve design automatically stops fuel flow on both sides of the separation, helping prevent leaks and environmental contamination while protecting dispensing equipment. This lightweight, disposable breakaway has passed stringent UL testing for reliable leak-free separation and is engineered to shear at less than 300 pounds of force to reduce damage during emergency disconnects.
