Heat Wave Performance Vise Ultra Black Sunglasses combine a bold frame with high-performance eye protection for extremely bright outdoor environments. The Ultra Black lenses feature a 6% visible light transmission rating, providing a darker tint designed for intense conditions such as snow, sand, bright rooftops, and poolside environments. The 2mm thick polycarbonate lenses are injection molded for durability and engineered to meet ANSI Z87 mass impact requirements. An integrated Quick-Latch side-shield system provides lateral protection from debris and unwanted side light when installed, supporting ANSI Z87+ requirements. Rubberized Hytrel touchpoints on the arms and nose create a comfortable, non-slip fit that helps keep the eyewear securely positioned during active use. Low-profile performance arms accommodate hats, helmets, and hearing protection, while the Vise frame delivers a distinctive appearance. These sunglasses are intended for bright outdoor use and should not be used for vehicle operation due to the very dark 6% VLT lens.
