This 2022 Generac RG08045KNAX standby generator delivers 80,000 running watts of reliable three-phase power at 480V for demanding commercial, industrial, and critical backup applications. Powered by a Generac 4.5L DOHC four-cylinder engine, the unit connects directly to a propane or natural gas supply, eliminating the need for routine refueling. Its 400-amp circuit breaker supports substantial electrical loads, while high motor-starting and surge capacity helps accommodate demanding equipment. Digital voltage regulation maintains output within ±1%, and less than 5% total harmonic distortion helps provide clean, stable power for sensitive electrical systems. Operating at 68 dBA from 23 Ft, the generator supports quieter standby operation, enhanced by selectable low-speed Quiet Test exercise mode. Cellular connectivity with Wi-Fi backup enables remote monitoring through Mobile Link and Fleet2. A UV-protected padlockable control panel cover, single-side maintenance access, 12V automatic starting, selectable fuel type, and EPA emissions certification add practical convenience.
