Built on the design foundation of our original award-winning Element, the F21C-H offers new practical features like a hinged lid, increased BTUs and a convenient residue removal system. Sure, all grills come with a lid. But our hinged lid was intentionally designed to open 45° to the right, preventing the user from reaching directly over the hot cooking surface. Keep the heat on the food, not your face. We have also upgraded the finished to withstand temperatures over 1100°F. Our dual zone burner system delivers balanced heat across the heavy duty grate to prevent “hot spots”. The Element F21CH boasts a total of 22,000 BTU/hr which can easily be adjusted for direct or indirect grilling with a push-and-turn control knob. Sear steaks & seafood to create those irresistible grill marks. The generous cooking area can serve a party of two or a dozen! Easily transform your grill to cook pizza with our exclusive pizza stone kit or breakfast with a griddle top. Accessories sold separately. It also has a New Drop Through Residue Tray. The removable residue tray collects and captures runoff grease and cooking debris. After your grilling session simply pull the tray handle, clean the residue tray and return when clean. The Element F21C-H can reach 500°F in 5 minutes due to its fuel efficient 22,000 BTU/hr burner.
