Forrest 5 In. Saw Blade Dampener and Stiffener

The Forrest 5-Inch Dampener with 5/8-Inch Bore reduces blade vibration and operating noise levels, a combination that improves cutting accuracy and increases operator comfort. When properly mounted, this product adds rigidity to the blade, minimizing side-to-side movement at the cutting edge. Forrest's smoother cut saw blade dampener also decreases the vibrations transmitted to the blade from the saw's belts or motors, further enhancing cutting precision. You can use this product with most table, panel and radial arm saws. The Forrest 5-inch saw blade dampener and stiffener is precision ground to within 0.001 inches of true for exceptional stability and accuracy. It has a 5/8-inch arbor that's compatible with most saw blades and blade mounts.
