Magnetic vise with a jaw width of 4 in. Compact and powerful permanent magnet with vise for the tool-free clamping of various components on magnetic surfaces. Use with raising jaws and welding plate for many applications. The vise has a clamping range of 4-1/4 in. and a jaw width of 4 in. Interchangeable clamping jaws in various heights for clamping larger materials such as sheet metal and pipes. With an innovative two-rotor system, up to 1,754 lbs. holding force for secure clamping to all magnetic surfaces – even in the thin sheet range [from 5/32 in. thickness]. Clamping in tight spaces or level vertical surfaces? With its compact design and extra-narrow permanent magnets, challenging job sites are made a lot easier. Precise alignment of the permanent magnets with the aid of 30% pre-magnetization. Secure clamping of components for further processing with different power tools, e.g. angle grinders, screw guns, saws, oscillators, etc. The Welding plate has a 5/8 in. hole diameter with a 9-7/8 in. x 9-7/8 in. High surface protection with plasma treatment and pre-produced drilling pattern for welding clamps. With its unique modular system, you can securely hold a variety of components in different work situations. Only compatible with the FEIN VersaMAG vise. Interchangeable accessory (Part # 32422420010) sold separately.
