The Enerpac RC101E RC-Series hydraulic cylinder delivers 10-ton capacity for general-purpose lifting and pushing applications. With a 26 mm stroke, this single-acting cylinder is designed for controlled hydraulic operation and dependable performance in demanding industrial environments. Its Trio Bearing System incorporates high-performance wear bands and a reinforced stop ring to improve resistance to side loading and reduce bearing stress. Hardened composite wear bands increase bearing surface area, while high-performance polyethylene seals support extended service life. A durable wiper helps prevent contamination from entering the cylinder during retraction. The hybrid pre-tensioned spring-return system is engineered for up to three times faster retraction, helping reduce cycle time and improve productivity. High-strength steel wire supports spring durability, and the spring retention design improves serviceability. The spring can be removed without special tools, simplifying maintenance.
