DustBuddie new Heavy Duty model dust shroud captures up to 99% of the dust created by a hand grinder and fits most hand grinders. The DustBuddie is designed to make grinding easier and more manageable. It rides on a spring cushion, keeping the grinder flat so that dust won't escape. A short brush skirt improves lateral motion for grinding on uneven or textured surfaces . The front lip slides over so you can use it against a wall. DustBuddie is an ideal tool for renovation contractors who have to use point-of-origin dust collection tools to comply with EPA regulations covering lead paint removal. The DustBuddie fits most hand grinders, including Makita, Bosch, Dewalt, and more. Three adjustable spring screws control the height of the DustBuddie to accommodate different grinding wheels and disks. Simply remove the existing guard from the grinder, slip on the DustBuddie, tighten the band clamp, adjust the height, if necessary, and you are ready to go..
