This ultimate drill bit delivers up to 30X longer life when compared to standard drill bits. A 130-degree Hybrid Split Point Tip design enables fast, on-point starts. Diablo’s proprietary Thermal Shield Protective Coating™ creates a multi-layered protective barrier around the tip to shield against heat, increase life and maximize durability. An automated precision CNC grinding process ensures strict industrial standard angle tolerances to minimize bit wear and enable faster drilling. The optimized flute design removes metal debris faster, keeping the tip cooler for ultimate strength and durability in all metal drilling applications.
