The Diablo® 14-inch X 90 tooth STEEL DEMON™ thin metal cutting saw blade offers a superb cutting performance, long lifespan and optimal versatility. It cuts easily and efficiently through all ferrous metals, including stainless steel. Made from cermet rather than standard carbide, the blade is harder and stronger than many other metal-cutting blades. Its Perma-SHIELD® nonstick coating prevents blade distortion by lessening friction and heat. Laser-cut stabilizer vents on the surface of the Diablo 14-inch Steel Demon metal cutting saw blade also keep the blade cool by letting it expand during use, this reduces vibration and noise and maintains stability, ensuring your cuts are smooth and accurate. Tri-metal brazing places a cushioning layer of copper-alloy between two silver-alloy layers to give added impact resistance to the blade tips and shoulders.

Thanks to its Triple Chip Grind (TCG) tooth formation, the Diablo 90-tooth circular saw blade gives a burr-free finish and produces fewer sparks. Using this design, a higher trapezoid-shaped tooth cuts a narrow path ahead of a flat raking lower tooth, yielding a clean final kerf.
