Diablo Tools 12 inch x 80 Tooth TCG Cermet II Steel Demon Thin Metal & Stainless Cutting 1800 RPM Chop Saw Blade with 1 inch Arbor

The Diablo® 12-inch X 80 tooth STEEL DEMON™ thin metal cutting saw blade is ideal for your saws with a maximum rpm of 1800. It uses specially blended Cermet teeth to give a harder, more durable cutting edge than typical carbide-tipped blades. Its lifespan is up to five times greater than standard alternatives. Use this blade to cut through all ferrous metals, including stainless steel. The Diablo 12-inch metal cutting saw blade has a triple tooth grind design, where a higher trapezoidal tooth makes a narrow pre-cut in the material to clear the way for a lower, flat-top tooth. This two-stage cutting process reduces sparks and burring and enables a cleaner cut in hard or brittle materials. Laser-cut vents, visible on the surface of the saw, dampen noise and vibration and let the blade expand as it heats up, preventing warping.

Another important feature of the Diablo 80T Steel Demon saw blade is tri-metal brazing, which protects its blade tips against extreme impact. A Perma-SHIELD® non-stick coating avoids blade distortion through heat build-up and prevents corrosion.
