The Diablo® 12-Inch X 60 Tooth STEEL DEMON™ Metal Cutting Saw Blade provides up to five times the performance and lifespan of rival products. This versatile blade lets you easily cut through all ferrous metals, including steel and stainless steel. It’s made from Cermet 2 for extra durability and heat resistance. On the surface of the blade are special laser-cut vents, which dampen noise and vibration and help ensure a precise cut. The teeth of the Diablo 12-inch metal cutting saw blade have a Triple Chip Grind (TCG) design, where a higher trapezoidal tooth cuts a narrow kerf ahead of a lower flat-topped tooth. This two-stage cutting gives a cleaner finish and eliminates burring.

Tri-metal brazing endows the Diablo 60T Steel Demon saw blade with added impact resistance. Instead of using a single silver-alloy brazing layer to bond its blade tips, it has a flexible copper-alloy layer between two silver layers. This stops stresses and cracks from forming in the blade. A Perma-SHIELD® nonstick coating combats blade distortion by reducing friction and heat.
