Heat-treated teeth deliver up to five times the cutting life of standard blades, and a dual-tooth edge and small gullets speed up material removal. Diablo's 12-inch bi-metal recip blade features Perma-SHIELD®, a nonstick coating that prevents gumming and corrosion and reduces cutting friction. The blade's 6/12 teeth per inch (TPI), variable-pitch edge cuts wood with embedded nails and other materials quickly.

Diablo's bi-metal reciprocating saw blade also has a pointed tip that starts plunge cuts quickly and a sturdy 1-inch demolition body that reduces vibration that improves cutting accuracy.
