The DEWALT® Abrasive BlastVac combines portable abrasive blasting and media recovery in one efficient 2-in-1 system. Designed for automotive refinishing, equipment restoration, and surface preparation, this abrasive blast vacuum helps remove rust, paint, old coatings, debris, and contaminants while recovering abrasive media for reuse. The integrated blast gun features a blasting nozzle, vacuum chamber, and containment brush that work together to contain debris and recover abrasive material during blasting. The system can recycle up to 90% of abrasive media, reducing waste and helping eliminate the messy, inefficient spray-to-waste process used by traditional portable abrasive blasters. With a maximum pressure of 140 PSI, 115 PSI working pressure, and average air consumption of 8 SCFM at 90 PSI, the DEWALT Abrasive BlastVac delivers effective cleaning and surface preparation with improved media efficiency. Its portable design makes it a practical solution for shops, garages, automotive applications, equipment maintenance, and other professional blasting tasks.
