The DeWALT® 1/2-inch VSR Pistol Grip Hammerdrill Set is powerful and versatile enough for both home projects and job sites. The dual mode hammer drill can tackle steel, masonry and wood. The DeWalt VSR hammer drill has a drilling capacity of 1/2-inch into steel and 1-1/2-inches into wood. It can also drill 5/32 to 7/16 inches into concrete, so this hammer drill can handle a variety of surfaces. The metal gear housing increases durability. Its two-speed range can handle both high torque and high drilling speed applications. It has a soft-grip handle and a two-finger comfort trigger adds increased control. The VSR hammer drill's 10.0 amp motor increases drilling performance, and the 360-degree locking side handle has a soft grip for increased stability and comfort. This DeWalt hammer drill has a 1/2-inch key chuck for ideal bit retention and steadiness. Max speed of 56,000 blows/minute to get the job done fast.
