The 9.0 amp motor has the power to provide this DeWalt hammer the energy it needs for a strong performance, and it also prevents overloading during long and intense jobs. With the help of SHOCKS Active Vibration Control®, the fatigue you'll feel as you work is lessened. Switch between the three modes on the combination DeWalt hammer by using the 3-mode selector built in. The added forward/reverse switch helps you remove bits that have been bound or trapped in wood or steel, so you don't strip the bit while trying to break free.
