DeoxIT D-Series D100L-16BX Contact Treatment provides a compact 100% DeoxIT solution for precise treatment of accessible connectors, contacts, and metal surfaces. Its micro brush applicator allows controlled placement without flushing action, making it well suited for small components, OEM applications, service kits, and maintenance work where overspray should be avoided. The concentrated formulation deoxidizes, lubricates, and protects metal contacts while improving conductivity and helping reduce intermittent connections, arcing, radio-frequency interference, wear, and abrasion. Because the solution contains 100% DeoxIT without a carrier solvent, users can apply it directly to the intended contact surface. Excess solution can be wiped away after application, leaving a thin protective layer. The formulation is safe for plastics when compatibility is confirmed. If green or black discoloration appears during or after treatment, it can indicate that oxidation is being dissolved. Wiping the surface and reapplying DeoxIT helps maintain the treated connection.
