DeoxIT D-Series D100L-2C Contact Treatment provides a concentrated 100% DeoxIT solution in a compact squeeze tube for precise application to accessible connectors and metal contacts. The no-flush formulation is designed for situations where overspray is undesirable and direct application is preferred. DeoxIT deoxidizes, lubricates, and protects treated surfaces while improving electrical conductivity and helping reduce intermittent connections, arcing, radio-frequency interference, wear, and abrasion. The squeeze-tube format is convenient for OEM applications, service kits, maintenance tasks, and field repair supplies where compact packaging is valuable. Because no carrier solvent is included, the solution can be applied directly to the intended contact without flushing action. Excess material can be wiped away after application, leaving a thin protective layer on the treated surface. The formulation is suitable for plastics when compatibility is confirmed. A temporary green or black discoloration can indicate oxidation removal; wiping the surface and reapplying DeoxIT can help maintain the desired contact treatment.
