DeoxIT CAIG Rosin Soldering Flux, 8 Gram Syringe

DeoxIT RSF Rosin Soldering Flux provides a mildly activated formulation for general-purpose electrical soldering applications where reliable wetting and controlled flux activity are required. Its activity is considerably greater than water-white rosin and approaches that of fully activated rosins while conforming to Type RMA requirements. The RSF paste flux meets DOD-STD-2000 and IPC-J-004 requirements for Type ROL0, the lowest residue corrosivity category. Its thermal stability supports effective wetting while helping reduce carbonization at soldering temperatures. The formulation uses WW gum rosin, diethylene glycol dibutyl, and Dymerex rosin, with a softening point of 160°F (71°C). The syringe applicator enables controlled dispensing for electrical connections, making the compact 8g package practical for electronics repair, assembly, service work, and general soldering tasks. The flux is nonflammable and noncorrosive, with specified water-extract resistivity and no effect on copper mirror testing, supporting dependable soldering performance across appropriate electrical applications.
