CS Unitec Trelawny VL223 19-Needle Low-Vibration Scaler

The CS Unitec Trelawny VL223 Inline Grip Needle Scaler is a low-vibration pneumatic surface preparation tool designed for demanding industrial applications where operator comfort and material removal are important. Its 19-needle configuration provides effective coverage for heavy corrosion removal, coating and scale stripping, and large-area surface preparation. Operating at 2,400 BPM, the tool uses an oversized piston and longer, more forceful stroke to deliver efficient impact performance. Vibro-Lo technology provides up to eight times less vibration than traditional needle scalers, helping improve comfort during extended operation. The design is intended to support longer working periods while meeting specified ANSI and EU exposure requirements. All-steel internal construction supports durability for demanding industrial environments. The inline grip provides balanced handling and control during prolonged or overhead work. Suitable for contractors, maintenance professionals, fabrication facilities, and industrial workshops, the VL223 combines reduced vibration, powerful surface treatment, and durable construction for productive preparation of metal and other challenging surfaces.
