The CS Unitec PLANTEX ColdSteel RazorFlap Disc is a high-efficiency 5 Inch ceramic flap disc engineered for aggressive grinding, weld removal, blending, and finishing on steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals. Its patented ceramic abrasive formula delivers 30–40% higher stock removal than competitive ceramic flap discs while offering up to four times the service life of traditional fiber discs. The RazorFlap configuration cuts quickly and coolly to help reduce metal blueing, while extended flaps improve access in corners and confined areas. The eco-smart backing combines 70% hemp fiber with 30% polypropylene to provide fiberglass-free, vibration-dampening construction and allows edge trimming for more complete abrasive utilization. Manufactured in Germany using patented engineering, the disc is optimized for high-torque angle grinders and demanding fabrication environments. Its 5/8-11 spin-on arbor supports quick installation on compatible grinders. Supplied as a 5-pack, these 36 grit discs provide an efficient solution for heavy stock removal, weld preparation, blending, and industrial surface finishing.
