The CS Unitec PLANTEX ColdSteel RazorFlap Disc is a high-efficiency 4.5 Inch ceramic flap disc designed for aggressive grinding, weld removal, blending, and finishing on steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals. Its patented ceramic abrasive formula delivers 30–40% higher stock removal than competitive ceramic flap discs while providing up to four times the service life of traditional fiber discs. The RazorFlap design promotes fast, cool grinding with reduced risk of metal blueing, while the extended flap configuration improves access around corners and tight areas. A plant-based backing made from 70% hemp fiber and 30% polypropylene provides fiberglass-free, vibration-dampening construction and can be edge-trimmed for greater material utilization. Manufactured in Germany, the disc is optimized for high-torque angle grinders used in fabrication, maintenance, and heavy-duty industrial surface preparation.
