The CS Unitec 9-Series Hornet Tungsten Carbide-Tipped Annular Cutter is engineered for fast, accurate hole-making in demanding structural and industrial metalworking applications. With an 11/16 Inch cutting diameter and 2-3/8 Inch drilling depth, this cutter is suitable for stainless steel, carbon steel, hardened alloys, cast iron, Hardox, and INOX. Its premium carbide cutting tips maintain performance when drilling through rust, paint, and galvanic corrosion, helping produce clean, burr-free holes while minimizing secondary finishing work. Full-length flutes provide efficient chip evacuation to help prevent binding and chatter during drilling. Double-action tooth geometry uses alternating cutting edges to split and eject chips effectively, supporting smooth cutting and tool longevity. A tapered inner wall enables automatic slug ejection when the hole is complete, helping simplify the drilling process. The included pilot pin supports accurate starting and controlled alignment.
