Coffing Hoist 32 Inch Alloy Steel Lifting Timber Tong

The Coffing Hoist 40458C Dixie lifting timber tong is designed for securely gripping and lifting poles and logs in demanding material-handling applications. Its tong shape provides a sure grip around suitable timber, helping workers handle materials with greater control during lifting operations. Forged from round alloy steel, the tong is engineered for tensile strength and durability in professional environments. A bright orange finish improves visibility and jobsite identification. Each lifting tong is proof-loaded to twice its rated Working Load Limit before receiving a permanent metal identification tag, helping document its tested condition. Written certification is also supplied at shipment for applicable lifting documentation requirements. The tong incorporates a lifting ring secured by either a screw pin shackle or a nut-and-bolt safety shackle arrangement, providing a secure connection point for lifting equipment. It is suitable for forestry, utility, construction, material handling, and other professional lifting applications.
