The California Air Tools CAT-AUX05A is a 2-gallon, 125 PSI portable auxiliary air tank designed to provide an additional supply of compressed air for short-term demands such as tire inflation, spray painting, and compatible air-tool applications. Its lightweight aluminum construction weighs approximately 9 pounds, making it easy to transport between garages, vehicles, workshops, and job sites. The auxiliary tank provides additional air capacity that can help extend operating time before a connected compressor needs to restart. A red Schrader valve allows convenient filling with a standard service-station tire chuck. Industrial quick-connect fittings on the air hose and air valve simplify connection to compatible compressors and standard air hoses without requiring additional fittings. The included 48-inch air hose and air/tire chuck support convenient inflation tasks. A pressure gauge provides at-a-glance monitoring of stored air pressure, while the air valve and knob provide practical airflow control.
