The 300–500 kcmil to #3/0–250 kcmil Copper C-Tap Connector is a heavy-duty irreversible compression grounding solution designed for utility, commercial, and industrial applications. Its C-shaped opening allows two continuous parallel copper conductors to be installed directly into the conductor groove without cutting the run, simplifying installation while maintaining conductor integrity. Compatible with 300–500 kcmil stranded copper run conductors and #3/0–250 kcmil stranded copper tap conductors, it delivers reliable high-capacity grounding performance. Prefilled with PENETROX™ compound and strip sealed to help reduce oxidation and improve conductivity, it is suitable for direct burial in earth or concrete. Meets UL 467, UL 486A-486B, and IEEE 837 (2014) requirements for long-term electrical grounding reliability.
