The Baileigh WBS-37VH 37 x 60 Inch Wide Belt Sander with Vacuum System delivers powerful, precise sanding performance for demanding metalworking applications. Its 460V, 3-phase configuration suits shops with higher-voltage electrical service, while the 10 HP main motor and 37 x 60 inch sanding belt provide strong material removal and finishing capability. A 5 HP vacuum hold-down system securely positions parts as small as 2 x 2 inches, making it ideal for small or lightweight workpieces that would otherwise require manual polishing. The machine handles material from 1/64 to 6 inches thick for versatile sanding and fine-tolerance finishing. Automatic sanding height adjustment with 10 programmable presets simplifies repeat setups, while automatic belt tracking helps reduce abrasive wear and downtime. UL 987-certified safety features include door interlocks, an emergency stop, and quick-stop abrasive belt e-brake. Includes a 1-year parts warranty and Baileigh Lifetime Technical Support.
