The Baileigh WBS-37V 37 x 60 Inch Wide Belt Sander with Vacuum System delivers powerful, precise sanding performance while securely handling small and lightweight workpieces. A 5 HP vacuum hold-down system keeps parts as small as 2 x 2 inches firmly positioned on the conveyor, reducing the need for manual polishing or bench work. The 10 HP main motor and 37 x 60 inch sanding belt provide powerful material removal, while the 1/64 to 6 inch thickness range accommodates both thin and heavy workpieces. Automatic sanding height adjustment with 10 programmable presets simplifies repeat setups, and automatic belt tracking keeps the abrasive centered for consistent results and reduced wear. UL 987-certified safety features include door interlocks, an emergency stop, and a quick-stop abrasive belt e-brake. A 5-inch overhead dust port supports efficient dust and chip collection, and the machine includes a 1-year parts warranty with Baileigh Lifetime Technical Support.
