Baileigh SH-5210-HD 52 Inch 10 Gauge Hydraulic Shear

The Baileigh SH-5210-HD 52 Inch 10 Gauge Hydraulic Shear is built for high-production cutting of thicker sheet metal, with a 52-inch cutting length and capacity from 24-gauge through 10-gauge mild steel. Its 7.5 HP motor runs on 220-volt, 3-phase power and produces 35 to 47 strokes per minute. A front-mounted industrial hydraulic system, hardened ways, and heavy-duty bearings support smooth operation, while the adjustable back gauge and side gauges help produce repeatable cuts. Operators can select jog, single-cycle, or automatic cycling modes depending on the application. An adjustable rake angle and blade gap help optimize cuts for different material thicknesses, while hydraulic hold-downs secure the sheet to the table. The shadow line provides a visible cutting reference, and reversible blades can be flipped and resharpened to extend service life.
