Baileigh SBR-5220 52 Inch 20 Gauge 3-in-1 Combination Shear Brake Roll

The Baileigh SBR-5220 52 Inch 20 Gauge 3-in-1 Combination Shear Brake Roll combines a slip roll, press brake, and shear in one machine to save valuable shop space. Its 52-inch bed width accommodates standard 4-foot metal sheets, while the machine handles up to 20-gauge mild steel and 16-gauge aluminum across the full working width. The manual slip roll features hardened top and bottom rolls, three grooves for wire and round rod, and a 2-inch minimum roll diameter. The press brake bends material up to 90° and includes movable finger dies for forming boxes and pans in different sizes. A crowning feature adjusts tooling camber for consistent bends, while spring-loaded hold-downs and reversible shear blades support clean cuts. The 830-pound steel frame provides durability for small-shop, maintenance, and R&D applications.
