The Baileigh SBR-1220 12 Inch 20 Gauge 3-in-1 Combination Shear Brake Roll combines three manual metalworking functions in one compact machine. Designed for hobbyists, maintenance, and R&D shops, it handles up to 20-gauge mild steel and material up to 12 inches wide. The slip roll features hardened and polished shafts, a 1.54-inch minimum rolling diameter, and three wire-forming grooves. Adjustable fingers on the top beam allow for boxes of varying sizes, while the press brake provides bends up to 90°. The shear uses hardened, reversible blades and a spring-loaded hold-down to help reduce waste. A manual back gauge supports repeatability on shear and brake projects, while the 125-pound steel frame maintains accuracy. Large double-sided handles allow two operators to apply force, with one full up-down cycle from each 360° handle turn.
